Hey y’all! We want your orders to get to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with MUDBUGDS BTQ.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

• Custom items or special orders may take up to 5 business days.

• During seasonal rush it could be up to 3 weeks

Shipping Options & Times

We offer the following options for U.S. orders:

Overnight	1 business day	Only available for orders placed before 12 PM CST

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Orders over $75 = Free Standard Shipping

• Orders under $75 = Flat Rate $6.95

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

• Currently, MudBugs Boutique ships within the U.S. only
  

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
