MUDBUGS BTQ - Shipping Policy

Hey y’all! We want your orders to get to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping with MUDBUGDS BTQ.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 Weeks (Monday–Friday).

  • Custom items or special orders may take up to 3 weeks.

  • During seasonal rush it could be up to 4 weeks

Shipping Options & Times

We offer the following options for U.S. orders:

Expedited 2–3 business days Faster delivery for busy schedules
Overnight 1 business day Only available for orders placed before 12 PM CST

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $75 = Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $75 = Flat Rate $6.95

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Pick-Up

We now offer CENTRAL PICK-UP. The exact pick up address will be emailed once your order is complete. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving.

For FCA PICK UP items @LEE STREET. You will receive an email saying your item is ready for pick up.  Please do not go to Lee Street unless you received the email from us saying your item is ready. You will pick up and pay at Lee Street.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Mudbugs BTQ ships within the U.S. only

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!
